The PERFECT way to enjoy dessert and during those hot summer nights. These are packed with flavor and you can make a non-boozy version for the kids as well. Strawberry Honey Vodka Sorbet
2-4 oz Spring44 Honey Vodka
4 cups halved frozen strawberries
1-2 handfuls ice
2 tablespoons frozen lime juice concentrate
Combine all ingredients in a blender till smooth. Pour into a baking pan and let it chill in the freezer to desired consistency. Scoop into a frosted glass, garnish and enjoy!
Blackberry Gin Sorbet
2-4 oz Spring44 Gin
4 cups frozen blackberries (or mixed berries)
1-2 handfuls ice
2 tablespoons frozen lime juice concentrate
Combine all ingredients in a blender till smooth. Pour into a baking pan and let it chill in the freezer to desired consistency. Scoop into a frosted glass, garnish and try not to eat it in one sitting.
