2 oz Spring44 Old Tom Gin
1 oz lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
5 mint leaves

shake ingredients with ice. pour into coupe and enjoy. garnish with mint
Spiced Honey Old Tom Cocktail
2 oz Spring44 Old Tom Gin
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz orange or clementine juice
1-2 dashes orange bitters
1 oz spiced honey syrup*
Spiced honey syrup: bring 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup honey, 2 sprigs rosemary, 2 cinnamon sticks, 1 tablespoon cardamom pods, 1 inch sliced ginger, zest of 1 orange and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to boil for 2-3 minutes. Cool and strain.
Old Tom on the Rocks
2 oz Spring44 Old Tom Gin
pour old tom gin over ice and serve cold. garnish with orange peel.
Old Tom Mule
1 1/2 oz Spring44 Old Tom Gin
3/4 oz lime juice
8 mint leaves
4-5 oz ginger beer
add all ingredients to glass with ice.
Old Tom & Thyme
1 1/2 oz Spring44 Old Tom Gin
3/4 oz lime juice
8 mint leaves
4-5 oz ginger beer
stir all ingredients in glass with ice. enjoy.
Old Tom Negroni
1 oz Spring44 Old Tom Gin
1 oz vermouth
1 oz campari
add all ingredients to glass with ice. stir if desired
Old Tom Dark & Stormy
2 oz Spring44 Old Tom Gin
1 tbsp fig preserves
juice of 1/2 a lemon
3 oz ginger beer
fresh figs and thyme to garnish
add all ingredients to glass and stir. add ice. enjoy.
Orange Blossom
1 oz Spring44 Old Tom Gin
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Orange Juice
add all ingredients to glass with ice. enjoy.
