CUCUMBER MULESPRING44-CUCUMBER-MULE

1.5 oz Spring44 Vodka
4 oz ginger beer
3 cucumber slices
2 lime wedges

Gently muddle (or press with the back of a spoon) the cucumber slices in the bottom of a highball glass. Squeeze
the lime wedges in and then add all other ingredients. Add ice and garnish with a cucumber slice.

SPRING GIMLET

2 oz Spring44 Vodka
1 oz fresh lime juice
.3 oz agave nectar

Place all ingredients in the bottom of a mixing glass then shake with ice. Strain into desired glass with or without ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

 

SPRING44-SUN-IS-SHININGSUN IS SHINING

1.5 oz Spring44 Vodka
4 oz quality lemonade
mint sprig

Place all ingredients in a highball glass over ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.

 

SLIGHT OF HAND

1.5 oz Spring44 Vodka
1.5 oz unsweetened tea (preferably green tea or other light tea)
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
.5 oz agave nectar
splash of pomegranate juice optional

Place all ingredients in the bottom of a mixing glass and then shake with ice. Strain into desired glass with or without ice.

 

ASPEN SNOW

1 oz Spring44 Vodka
1 oz coffee liqueur
1 oz cream
pinch of cinnamon

Place all ingredients (except cinnamon) in a mixing glass with ice. Shake and then strain over new ice into a rocks glass.

 

MOUNTAIN BREEZE

2 oz Spring44 Vodka
2 oz grapefruit juice
1 oz pomegranate juice

Place all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Shake then strain into desired glass over new ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

 

THE 44 SILVER BULLET

2.5 oz Spring44 Vodka
.5 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
2 dash orange bitters

Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Express orange zest over top.

 

SUMMER IN THE CITY

2 oz Spring44 Vodka
4 cardamom pods
2 1 inch squares of fresh pineapple
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
.25 o z agave nectar
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 oz soda

Crush cardamom pods in a mixing glass, add pineapple and muddle. Add Spring44 Vodka, lemon juice and Angostura bitters. Double strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass. Top with soda. Garnish with pineapple slice.

 

THE BUCKHORN MULE

1.5  oz Spring44 Vodka
1 med strawberry
1 slice cucumber
3 oz ginger beer
.5 oz fresh lime juice 

In a collins glass, muddle cucumber and strawberry. Add Spring44 Vodka, lemon juice and top with ginger beer. Gently stir to mix.  Garnish with a cucumber slice.

 

CLASSIC MULE

2 oz Spring44 Vodka
1 oz Fresh lime juice
1.5 oz Ginger syrup*
4 oz Club soda

Glass: Collins or mule mug

Add the vodka, lime juice and ginger syrup to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a mule mug or Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with club soda and mound crushed ice over the top of the drink.

*Ginger syrup

.5 cups Fresh ginger juice (squeezed from freshly grated ginger root)
1 cup Superfine sugar

In a small saucepan, heat the ginger juice until warm (but do not let boil) over low heat. Add the sugar and whisk until the sugar is dissolved. Store the syrup in a lidded container in the refrigerator until ready to use.

 

9044 COCKTAIL

1.5 oz Spring44 Vodka 
.5 oz Campari 
.25 oz lemon juice
.25 o z agave nectar 
1 oz ruby red grapefruit juice 

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Express lemon zest over top of cocktail. Garnish with lemon zest.

 

ILLUMINATION GIMLET

1.5 oz Spring44 Vodka
1 oz dry vermouth
3 slices cucumber
.75 oz fresh lime juice
.75 oz simple syrup

Muddle cucumber slices in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add all other ingredients and then shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with cucumber slice.

 

GINGER MINT LEMONADE

2 oz Spring44 Vodka
8-10 mint leaves
1 oz simple syrup
1 oz fresh lemon juice
.25 oz fresh ginger juice
club soda

Gently muddle mint leaves in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add all other ingredients except club soda. Shake with ice, and then strain into a highball glass over new ice. Top with club soda and garnish with mint sprig.

 

SECRET GARDEN

2 oz Spring44 Vodka
.5 oz ginger juice
.5 oz cucumber juice
.5 oz agave nectar
.75 oz fresh lime juice
club soda

Place all ingredients in the bottom of a mixing glass (except club soda). Shake with ice and then strain into a highball glass over new ice. Top with club soda and  garnish with cucumber slice & ginger candy skewer.

 

44 DEGREE FIZZ

1.5 oz Spring44 Vodka
.5 oz Dolin ‘blanc’ Vermouth
1.5 oz cucumber white tea  (use strong brewed tea)
.3 oz agave nectar
.5 oz fresh lime juice
2 dashes lavender  bitters
club soda

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice (except club soda).  Shake and then strain into a highball glass over new ice. Top with a splash of club soda and garnish with cucumber slice.

 

JOHN E. APPLESEED

1.5 oz Spring44 Vodka
1.5 oz Sauvignon Blanc
.5 oz St.Germain
.5 oz Applejack

Place all ingredients in a pint glass with ice. Stir until ice cold. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon peel.

 

THE GREEN BERET

2 oz Spring44 Vodka
.5 oz  lime juice
.5 oz simple syrup
3 cucumber slices
4 basil leaves
soda water

Muddle cucumber slices and basil leaves, add all but soda. Shake and fine strain over ice. Top with soda water and garnish with basil leaf and cucumber slice.

 

THE SILVER LINING

1.5 oz Spring44 Vodka
1 oz Cointreau
.5 oz Benedictine
1 oz fresh blood orange puree
.5 oz lemon juice
Garnish: edible silver leaf

Shake all ingredients with ice. Pour into chilled martini glass.
