2.5 oz Spring44 Honey Vodka
1 oz strong brewed tea
.25 oz lemon juice
.25 oz agave nectar

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon. Also great with hot tea.

2 oz unsweetened ice tea
2 oz lemonade

Build in a pint glass with ice. Garnish with a lemon.

1.5 oz Spring44 Honey Vodka
4 oz quality lemonade
mint sprig

Place all ingredients in a highball glass over ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.

 

THE GINGER BEE

2.5 oz Spring44 Honey Vodka
4 oz ginger ale
splash of cranberry juice

Build in a pint glass with ice. Garnish with a lemon or ginger root slice.

 

HONEY HIGHBALL

2 oz Spring44 Honey Vodka
.75 oz fresh lemon juice
.5 oz agave nectar
2 oz club soda

Shake all ingredients (except club soda) with ice. Then strain over new ice into a highball glass. Top with club soda. Garnish with mint sprig.

 

ITALIAN HONEY LEMONADE

2 oz Spring44 Honey Vodka
3 oz San Pellegrino Limonata
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Build over ice in a Collins glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

 

THE BEELLINI

1.5 oz Spring44 Honey Vodka
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
1 heaping teaspoon of peach
preserves (or 1 oz peach nectar)
2.5 oz sparkling wine

Place all ingredients except sparkling wine in a mixing glass with ice. Shake, and then strain into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine.

 

ORANGE STING

2 oz Spring44 Honey Vodka
2 oz orange juice
6 oz club soda

Build over ice in a Collins glass. Garnish with an orange slice.

 

THE HIVE

2 oz Spring44 Honey Vodka
.75 oz apple juice
4 oz ginger Beer
.5 oz fresh lemon juice

Build all ingredients in a highball glass over ice. Stir cocktail gently to mix and garnish with ginger candy or apple slice.

 

ROCKY MOUNTAIN SOUR

1.5 oz Spring44 Honey Vodka
.5 oz Lillet
.25 oz Grand Marnier
bar spoon Maraschino liqueur
bar spoon agave nectar
.75 oz fresh lemon juice
1 orange half wheel

Place all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Shake and then strain into rocks or martini glass and garnish with a sage leaf.

 

AUTUMN BLOSSOM

1 oz Spring44 Honey Vodka
1 oz Chardonnay
.3 oz St.Germain
bar spoon Boulard Grande Solage VSOP Calvados

Place all ingredients into a pint glass ice. Stir until ice cold and then strain into a martini glass and garnish with lemon twist.

 

APPLES & HONEY

1.5 oz Spring44 Honey Vodka
.5 oz simple syrup
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
2: 1 inch pieces of Gala apple
2 oz sparkling wine

Muddle apple pieces in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add all other ingredients (except sparkling wine) and shake with ice. Strain into a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine and garnish with apple slice.

 

DIVINE44

2.5 oz Spring44 Honey Vodka
.5 oz Grand Marnier
2 dashes Angostura bitters 

Stir all ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Express orange zest over the cocktail and garnish with orange zest.

 

THE 44CLOVER

1.5 oz Spring44 Honey Vodka
.5 oz ginger liqueur
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
.5 oz egg white
3 raspberries 

Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. dash Peychaud’s bitters over top of cocktail and garnish with Peychaud’s bitters.

 

ROCKY MOUNTAIN SPRITZ

1.5 oz Spring44 Honey Vodka
.5 oz Creme Yvette
2 oz sparkling wine
1 oz club soda

Build in a large balloon glass filled with ice and garnish with large lemon zest.

 

SMOKEY MOUNTAIN

2 oz Spring44 Honey Vodka
.5 oz peach liqueur
.5 oz Del Maguey Vida Mezcal
.5 oz lemon juice
.25 o z honey syrup (1:1 honey and water) 

Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain over fresh ice.  Garnish with lemon wheel.

 

THE AMERICAN HONEY

2 oz Spring44 Honey
.5 oz local wheat beer syrup*
.75 oz lemon juice

Place all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, then shake and strain into a rocks glass over new ice. Garnish with lemon wedge.

*To make Wheat Beer Syrup, take your favorite local wheat (or other favorite beer, play around and have fun!) and pour it into a sauce pan. Place on medium heat and leave it until the beer starts to bubble up. Once it starts to bubble, remove and measure the beer. Add an equal amount of sugar to the beer and stir until all the sugar is dissolved. Let cool.

 

LOVELAND LEMONADE

2 oz Spring44 Honey Vodka
1 oz fresh pressed lemon juice
.75 oz simple syrup
.50 oz ginger liqueur
5 raspberries

Muddle raspberries with simple syrup, combine ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice, shake, strain in to a highball filled with fresh ice. Garnish with raspberry speared through a lemon wheel.

 

COLORADO TEA

1 oz Spring44 Honey Vodka
1 oz Spring44 Gin
1.5 oz sweet tea 
.75 oz cointreau
.75 oz lemon juice
8-10 mint leaves

Smack mint leaves, combine liquids in a mixing glass, add ice, shake and strain in to a collins glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with mint sprig.

 

LIBERTY COCKTAIL

1.5 oz Spring44 Honey Vodka
4 oz lemonade
2 strawberries
2 dashes angostura bitters

Muddle 1 strawberry with Honey Vodka. Shake and strain into Collins glass. Top with lemonade (or ginger beer) and garnish with strawberry.

 

BOSTON TEA PARTY PUNCH

8 oz Spring44 Honey Vodka
10 oz unsweetened iced tea
10 oz lemonade
.5 cup chopped peaches

Place peaches in the bottom of a large pitcher or punch bowl. Lightly muddle or agitate with a large spoon or muddler. Add all other ingredients and ice.

 

 

AUTUMN PEACH

2 oz Spring44 Honey Vodka
1 oz fresh pressed apple cider
.50 oz Lustau East India Sherry (or similar sherry)
.50 oz fresh pressed lemon juice
3 dashes of Angostura bitters
grated cinnamon garnish

In a mixing glass - add all ingredients and ice to tin. Shake and strain over fresh ice in to a double old fashioned glass. Garnish with grated cinnamon and a lemon wheel.

 

THE GINGER KID

2 oz Spring44 Honey Vodka
1 oz fresh lime juice
.75 oz ginger syrup
.25 oz Grand Marnier

Shake and strain into tall glass and garnish with lime wedge or ginger coin.

 

SPRING BLOSSOM

2 oz Spring44 Honey Vodka
.75 oz fresh lemon juice
.75 oz lavender syrup

Shake and strain into coup glass and garnish with lemon twist.

 

LOVELAND PALOMA

2 oz Spring44 Honey Vodka
.75 oz fresh grapefruit juice
.5 oz fresh lime juice
.5 oz simple syrup
Squirt soda

Shake and strain into tall glass, fill with Squirt and garnish with grapefruit peel.

 

BEE-UTIFUL DAY

2 oz Spring44 Honey Vodka
.75 oz lime juice
.75 oz simple syrup
5 raspberries
5 basil leaves

Shake and fine strain into rocks glass and garnish with basil leaf and 2 raspberries.

 

A LITTLE SPICE WON'T HURT

2 oz Spring44 Honey Vodka
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz habanero syrup

Shake and strain into tall glass. Garnish with lime wedge and chipotle salt rim.

 

FRESH MEX

1.5 oz Spring44 Honey Vodka
.75 oz fresh lime juice
.75 oz simple syrup
8-10 cilantro Leaves
1 jalapeño coin

Muddle, shake and fine strain into rocks glass. Garnish with jalapeño coin.

 

HIVE TO GARDEN

2 oz Spring44 Honey Vodka
.75 oz lime juice
.75 oz simple syrup
5 blackberries
5 sage leaves

Muddle, shake and fine strain into tall glass. Garnish with 2 blackberries and sage sprig.

 

HONEYCRISPER

1.5 oz. Spring 44 Honey Vodka
.25 oz Lemon juice

3 healthy dashes Apple bitters
Splash sparkling cider
Demerara sugar rim (optional)
Apple slice garnish
Glassware: Coup

Chill coup glass. In a mixing glass, add all ingredients except sparkling cider. Add ice and stir until ingredients are good and chilled. Empty coup glass and rim edge with sugar, preferably raw sugar, if desired. Strain ingredients into glass, top with splash of cider. Garnish with apple slice.

 

CREAMSICLE

2 oz Spring 44 Honey Vodka
2 dashes orange bitters

1 dash Angostura aromatic bitters
1 orange slice
4 oz San Pellegrino Blood Orange Soda
Glassware: Old Fashioned

In a mixing glass, add orange slice, orange bitters, aromatic bitters, and muddle. Add vodka, ice, and shake. Empty into an Old Fashioned glass, and top with San Pellegrino.
