Old Glory by Sean Kenyon
2 oz Spring 44 Gin
.5 oz Rosemary infused Agave nectar*
.5 oz Lemon juice
(2) 1 inch pieces of local Pear
Splash of Club Soda
Prep: Muddle the pear in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add all other ingredients (except club soda) and shake with ice. Strain over new ice and then top with club soda.
Garnish: Rosemary sprig
*To make Rosemary infused agave nectar, take 1 sprig of Rosemary and agitate it in 5oz of agave nectar. Let sit over night, then remove the Rosemary.
