BLT (Basil, Lavender, Tonic)

BLT (Basil, Lavender, Tonic) by Tim Cooper

1.5 oz Spring44 Gin
4 oz Tonic water
2 Basil leaves
2 Dashes Lavender bitters

Garnish: Lime wedge

Prep: Place basil leaves in the bottom of a highball glass. Add gin and lavender bitters. Add ice and then top with tonic.

Season: Spring and Summer
