Bitter Canyon by Tim Cooper

1.25 oz Spring44 Gin
1 oz Gran Classico Bitter
1 oz Lillet Rogue

Garnish: Orange peel

Prep: Place all ingredients into a pint glass with ice. Stir until ice cold and then strain into rocks or martini glass. Express orange peel over top of cocktail. This drink works well over ice or without ice.

Season: Any

    Wow! Such beautiful ptiruces! I haven’t been to the distillery either, but I had somehow imagined it in my mind as a much drier place. I like all the brown and green!
